Those who can’t plant a garden…sprouts

If you don’t have the knowledge or are unable to plant a garden, might I suggest that you grow sprouts.  You can grow them in a jar or on a tray.  It is simple and very inexpensive.  And if you have never had fresh grown sprouts then you have never had sprouts.

The easiest to grow are the alfalfa sprouts and mung beans (the kind the Chinese use in Chop Suey) but they also have mixed beans.

You can read all about how to grow them on the internet or just ask at the health food store where you get the seeds and jars.

Miriam’s reply:  I agree whatever gets you closer to the earths food supply helps the earth itself.  Love Miriam

YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED September 20th, 2014: Currently traveling in Colombia. Meeting with the Mamos of the Kogui Indigenous People. We had support for this work but my personal money has been also used to complete this work as well. Need your help. $2,000 dollars would pay bills that need paying and final travel to get me home and expenses. I will be praying that someone is able to support this work fully. Video, photos and reports will be coming when we get home. With gratitude, Miriam DONATE HERE
