Foods: If you can’t find iodine, eat kelp and seaweeds, Rosemary is a good alternative for those allergic! Also eat:
Dark greens (broccoli, cabbage, kale, bok choy), carrots, all tubar veg., garlic, onions, brussel sprouts, fennel. Drink peppermint and chamomile teas. Seagreens and vegetables are very good also for your cells. Cranberry to help kidneys. Eat citrus like oranges, lemons, grapes for antioxidants. 1 apples of day for the pectin. Eat yogurt for your stomach and intestines. Limit milk products, except yogurt. Use olive oil and if you have sensitive skin. Rub a little olive oil or Vit. E oil on your skin everyday, as it will shield.
Vitamins: Vit. B Complex, C with Bioflavinoids, D3, MSM to pull strontium, barium, etc. out of bones (remember this is where radiation goes thyroid and bones!!!!). Take Cal/Mag FOR your bones, alpha lipoic acid, bee pollen, Vit. E or essential fatty acids. There is more you can research online.

organic brown rice put in water in a bowl and let sit on your counter… as the water begins to bubble change the water. Drink this water it is good for you! Do this two more times.
