Hopi adalah jalan Kompleks Kehidupan - "Jangan Undi / Vote No" Terbitan!
Saya sebelum ini mencatatkan artikel berikut dari "Pemerhati Navajo-Hopi", dan anda mungkin perasan sesuatu tertanya-tanya.
Dalam artikel pertama ia dinyatakan bahawa Hopi tidak perlu mengundi dalam pilihan raya itu, kerana "tidak mengundi" adalah kaedah tradisional menunjukkan penolakan, dan jika kurang 30% undi Hopi maka Perlembagaan Baru gagal.
Dalam artikel kedua ia mengatakan pasti "mengundi tidak":

Berikut adalah pemahaman saya:
Dari Kampung Shungopavi, Kampung Ibu di mana mereka masih mengekalkan Kitaran Istiadat penuh sepanjang tahun, Traditionals tidak mengundi.
Shungopavi, serta banyak Traditionals lain di seluruh Hopi tidak pernah mengundi.
Shungopavi Village tidak pernah menghantar wakil ke Majlis Hopi Tribal.
Mereka mempunyai ijazah Kedaulatan dan meminta untuk pengiktirafan Kedaulatan penuh daripada Setiausaha Interior, Ken Salazar.
Ia adalah pemahaman saya bahawa Kampung ini tidak menerima Kerajaan Politik kerana mereka mengatakan bahawa mereka tidak pernah diterima pemerintahan Kerajaan atas mereka.
Ia juga pemahaman saya ....
bahawa mereka tidak pernah memasuki sebarang perjanjian dengan Kerajaan AS.
Jadi, ini adalah sebab untuk "tidak mengundi".
Malah mereka adalah kuat dalam kepercayaan mereka dan sentiasa telah bersama-sama dengan SEMUA Kampung-kampung lain di Hopi yang masih mengekalkan Tradisi.
Ini adalah sebab bagi kekeliruan.
Sila memahami bahawa saya tidak bercakap bagi pihak sesiapa sahaja dan kerana keadaan yang kompleks di sini, ini adalah bagaimana saya memahami keadaan menjadi.
Seperti untuk seluruh Hopi, kebanyakan orang lain tradisional telah tidak mengundi pada masa lalu sama ada.
Walau bagaimanapun, ini adalah apa yang progresif dan "Kerajaan" mengharapkan.
Kekeliruan, kekurangan pendidikan rakyat dgn hukum, propaganda dan berbuka langsung SEMASA Undang-Undang Perlembagaan Hopi, untuk membawa undi ini masuk Kerana isu ini kompleks paling bukan Hopi tidak memahami bagaimana ini akan memberi kesan kepada rakyat.
Pada minggu depan akan ada lebih kepada apa yang berlaku di Hopi di laman web saya.
Maknanya, saya telah membaca Perlembagaan yang dicadangkan dan akan berkongsi penemuan saya.
Juga, lebih pada who's yang mengenai isu mengundi ini.

Pada borang yang diberikan kepada rakyat ia berkata: "Notis Peraturan Pilihan Raya".
Pengerusi Lembaga Pilihan Raya ....
yang berada di sini untuk menyelia proses dan mendaftar undi ... tidak pun di pejabat sehingga hari Isnin, 13 Disember.
Apabila mereka perlu telah disediakan sejak tarikh borang-borang telah dihantar keluar pertama Disember saya beleive.
Pilihan raya itu dijadualkan untuk Januari 27, 2011.
Hopi hanya mempunyai sehingga 27 Disember untuk mendaftar.
Mereka boleh berbuat demikian dengan mengisi borang di pejabat Pentadbiran of the tribe atau dari pos dan anda boleh serahkannya di PEJABAT PENTADBIRAN UNTUK MEMASTIKAN ANDA YANG BERDAFTAR.
MENGHANTAR INI OLEH MEL MUNGKIN TIDAK MEMBUAT IT ON TIME TERHUTANG KEPADA MEL KRISMAS.
Orang-orang di sini telah mendapat maklumat yang bercanggah mengenai proses.
Ada yang mempunyai kesukaran mencapai rakyat untuk mendapatkan maklumat.
Bayangkan jika dalam Pilihanraya Presiden bahawa ANDA tidak boleh mendapatkan maklumat daripada Kerajaan sebagai BAGAIMANA anda boleh mengundi ...... Bayangkan jika ANDA tidak dapat VOTE dan yang bermakna SEMUA, DAN SAYA MEAN SEMUA hak-hak anda yang telah diambil dari kamu!
Ini tidak terlalu keras satu kenyataan di sini.
Ia adalah rumit disebabkan oleh isu-isu mengenai "Jangan Undi / Vote No" - Tradisi, terkawal, mengabaikan Hak Kedaulatan, disrgard Hak Amalan Agama dan lain-lain banyak-banyak.
Ini bukan sahaja akan memberi kesan kepada Hopi Tradisional tetapi SEMUA orang Hopi.
Pemergian ini dan membolehkan ia terus adalah seperti membenarkan segelintir orang untuk memusnahkan beribu-ribu hidup sekarang dan ke hadapan .....
untuk kanak-kanak.

Hopi TRADISIONAL / SETIAUSAHA KEN SLAZAR DAN RAKYAT HopiDisember 13-2010
Sejarah kini dalam membuat dalam hal orang Hopi.
Satu orang yang selepas dekat dengan seribu tahun di satu lokasi di padang pasir Arizona di Amerika Syarikat masih mengikuti cara kuno dan ajaran nenek moyang mereka dan Pencipta mereka Massau.
Mereka mengikuti Agama, Kepercayaan, jalan rohani yang berada dalam keseimbangan dengan alam semula jadi, dengan dunia, dengan haiwan, dengan semua kehidupan dalam semua dunia sebenarnya.
Untuk menjadi Hopi salah mestilah berdedikasi kepada kerja keras, komitmen dan hati yang baik.
Apakah maknanya menjadi Hopi?
Ia adalah pandangan saya bahawa hanya Hopi BENAR boleh menjawab soalan itu.
Apabila anda mendengar mereka bercakap ia menjadi jelas dengan cepat bahawa mereka mempunyai "mengetahui" dalam diri mereka.
Mereka mempunyai keamanan dalam yang menunjukkan melalui kerana mereka membawa diri mereka sendiri dan saya bagi satu mempunyai penghormatan tinggi untuk tahap komitmen ia mengambil di dunia moden ini untuk meneruskan Upacara mereka dan Cara Hopi Kehidupan.

Malah saya tidak mempunyai mana-mana bahagian proses Majlis dengan cara ini, hanya menjadi jelas kepada semua orang.
Jika seseorang tidak mahu saya untuk mengambil bahagian dalam cara purba mereka masa sahaja ini akan diterima jika Kikmongwit, Village Chiefs, memberikan kelulusan dan saya memberi jaminan kepada anda yang tidak akan berlaku dengan saya atau sesiapa sahaja yang saya sedar.
Ia adalah kepercayaan saya bahawa Rakyat Hopi yang komited untuk Tradisi mereka yang berkuasa.
Mereka memegang kunci, salah satu daripada banyak di seluruh dunia untuk kali kita berubah, kepada kewujudan kita sangat, untuk masa depan kita.
Ini kepercayaan dalam saya adalah kuat dan ia adalah jelas dan tiada apa yang boleh tarik saya dari kepercayaan ini.
Hari ini, fikiran saya adalah dengan Rakyat Tradisional dan rakyat secara keseluruhannya di sini di atas tanah daripada Hopi.
Saya berfikir tentang apa yang sedang berlaku di sini dengan Perlembagaan cadangan yang telah dibawa ke hadapan rakyat untuk mengundi melalui melanggar Undang-Undang Perlembagaan Hopi Semasa.
Melangkah ke pinggir mesas saya melihat keluar merentasi padang pasir dan bertanya kepada diri sendiri ......... ini akan menjadi tahun lepas bahawa kita melihat keindahan tanah disentuh di sini?
Adakah ini tahun bahawa syarikat-syarikat perlombongan datang untuk memulakan meletakkan asas bagi perlombongan jalur?
Adakah ini kali terakhir burung helang akan terbang di atas dan kita lihat berawan?
Adakah tahun ini bahawa syarikat-syarikat besar yang mengupah orang untuk apa-apa dan membuat berbilion-bilion datang dan membina kedai-kedai besar-besaran mereka?
ADAKAH INI TAHUN YANG SATU budaya purba TERAKHIR INTACT DUNIA KAMI ADALAH DIMUSNAHKAN oleh ketamakan, PEMBOHONGAN, penipuan DAN MENGIKUTI UNTUK KUASA?
Tahap Tertinggi Orang Tradisional mesti bersatu ke dalam satu hati kerana saya tahu mereka boleh, mereka lakukan dan sudah berada dalam.
Sekarang adalah masa untuk mereka untuk menyertai bersama-sama dari Kampung Kiva, Rakyat.
Ketepikan perbezaan, mengetepikan hujah yang lalu dan bersetuju bahawa mereka mesti melindungi apa yang mereka semua telah berjanji untuk melindungi ..... Cara Hopi Kehidupan dan Upacara dan dengan berbuat demikian, semua kehidupan mereka.
Saya seorang wanita, saya putih .....
tetapi saya melihat begitu jelas Hati begitu ramai Rakyat di sini di Hopi.
Saya mendengar sakit dalam suara mereka yang MEREKA akan bertanggungjawab untuk kehilangan Cara Hopi Kehidupan mereka.
Mereka akan menjadi orang-orang yang selepas beribu-ribu tahun menjalankan Cara Purba dan Suci Kehidupan dan Upacara mereka mungkin hilang dalam hidup INI.
Saya tahu siapa yang Hopi adalah .....
mereka merupakan bahagian penting di dunia ini dan membenarkan mereka dimusnahkan kita memusnahkan diri kita.
Sekarang bukan masa untuk mengatakan ... oh baik ... berlaku di mana-mana .....
tidak ... tidak di .......
Ia berlaku di sini di Amerika Syarikat.
Tanah di mana dunia memandang sebagai mempunyai rasa hormat dan kebebasan untuk rakyat mereka.
Jika HAK rakyat ditegakkan.
Dalam Amerika Syarikat Setiausaha untuk Interior membenarkan diktator untuk menggulingkan kumpulan Purba, Agama dan mendalam rohani orang yang telah di sini di bumi lebih lama daripada mana-mana kerajaan di dunia.
Jika Hopi bersatu maka dunia akan bersatu dengan mereka.
Rakyat dunia boleh menyokong mereka.
Rakyat dunia boleh membantu STOP ini dari berlaku dengan media antarabangsa dan tekanan kita boleh menghentikan ini daripada berlaku dan seterusnya membantu diri.

Untuk semua orang-orang individu yang telah menghantar e-mel kepada Setiausaha pada pihak Hopi izinkan saya untuk mengatakan mereka membaca setiap satu daripada mereka dan dipenuhi dengan kesyukuran atas sokongan anda.
Sila terus menghantar e-mel dan berkongsi maklumat untuk mendapatkan seberapa ramai orang yang kita boleh dimaklumkan.
Sekarang adalah masa untuk mula menyokong satu sama lain untuk nilai yang nilai semua kehidupan manusia.
Menghormati untuk semua kehidupan.

Terima kasih untuk kerja-kerja anda dan perkhidmatan anda dalam watak politik Amerika Syarikat dan di Barat Daya.
Anda datang dari Colorado, di mana saya telah hidup dan mempunyai saudara mara yang ramai, walaupun saya dilahirkan jauh ke bawah, di New Mexico.
Anda hanya lima tahun lebih tua daripada saya, dan hari lahir anda adalah hanya dua minggu kemudian, dalam bulan ayah saya dilahirkan.

Kita cenderung untuk melupakan ini kerana kita terperangkap dalam pekerjaan kita, kehidupan kita, dunia kita perubahan ciptaan dan berterusan dan jangkaan dan permintaan.
Walaupun begitu banyak dalam kehidupan kita adalah sangat sementara, kita terjebak di dalamnya semua, seolah-olah ia adalah segala-galanya, dan lupa bahawa ia tidak ... ia tidak adalah lebih dekat untuk menjadi semua ada.
Banyak ia tidak walaupun kita: yang kita berada di awal dan siapa kita apabila kita tidak sedang yang kita cuba untuk menjadi.
Anda telah melihat perubahan dunia di sekeliling anda.
Anda telah membuat beberapa perubahan.
Anda telah merasakan diri anda menukar.
Dan lagi ... Saya tahu anda rasa sebahagian daripada anda yang tidak pernah berubah ... kerana ia adalah sentiasa lengkap dan benar sejak saat anda mengambil nafas pertama anda.
Tidak kira apa yang kita telah belajar dan dilihat dan berpengalaman, terdapat satu yang sentiasa sama.
Ia adalah diri kekal anda.
Dia di sini dari saat pertama untuk yang terakhir, walaupun kebanyakan masa dalam pemerhatian senyap.
Di tempat kelahiran anda adalah tanah abadi.
Ia adalah kebetulan bahawa anda dilahirkan di sana.
Anda mempunyai pertalian bagi tanah itu dan bagi sifat itu.
Ia disambungkan walaupun sekarang kepada kedudukan anda telah dipilih dalam kematangan kerjaya anda sebagai Setiausaha Negeri.
Anda telah dipilih untuk memegang peranan pengawasan dan tanggungjawab untuk Negeri.
Interior banyak perkara ... antara aspek Negeri adalah dalaman negara, dalaman sejarah negara, dalaman sejarah banyak dimainkan keluar ke atas tanah ini sebelum negara semasa yang dibentuk di atasnya.
Ia adalah lebih Interior manusia di jalan.
Dalam Negeri Amerika Syarikat adalah tanah Four Corners.
Dalam Interior Four Corners adalah suku kaum bumiputera yang telah di sini beribu-ribu tahun lebih lama daripada beberapa ratus bahawa Amerika Syarikat telah wujud.
Dalam Interior puak-puak ini adalah beberapa orang yang telah berada di sana sejak sebelum yang lain.
Mereka adalah dalaman yang paling.
Mereka adalah yang paling abadi pedalaman.
Nama untuk mereka sekarang adalah Hopi, walaupun mereka telah pergi dengan nama-nama lain sebelum.
The Hopi.
Entah bagaimana dalam semua perubahan yang telah tempa dalam landskap fizikal dan politik, Hopi telah berlangsung di dalam ruang yang sama di pedalaman.
Ia adalah luar biasa dalam sejarah, dalam pengalaman manusia, lebih-lebih lagi kerana mereka adalah orang-orang yang amat damai.
Peperangan, pertempuran, keganasan, pencerobohan - cara membuat, mengambil, menyerang, mempertahankan - tidak menjadi tabiat mereka.
Apa Sebaliknya ia adalah untuk negara kekuatan ketenteraan itu - dunia super kuasa!
- Di tengah-tengah budaya keamanan itu diadakan di kawasan pedalaman.
Ia bukanlah bahawa Hopi telah tidak diugut.
Mereka telah menghadapi sebesar-besarnya konflik.
Mereka telah hidup setiap bab sejarah dan negara ini sejarah sebelum ia.
Muka surat sejarah AS akan ditulis dengan nama-nama mereka dan darah mereka seperti semua yang lain.
Tetapi mereka menentang konflik seberapa banyak yang mungkin.
Mengapa?
Apakah paradoks ini?
Pada kawasan pedalaman di pedalaman, rasa yang abadi tidak pernah hilang.
Kesedaran daripada Hopi tradisional adalah kehidupan yang abadi, makhluk abadi.
Semua tindakan yang abadi.
Memandangkan mereka menghormati, ia penghormatan bagi kita semua, walaupun apabila kita lupa.
Semua yang kita lakukan, kita berfikir, dan semua kita katakan penghormatan sebagai kekal.
Ini tidak mengatakan bahawa semua yang selama-lamanya dipegang untuk umat manusia "mulia" ... tetapi bahawa ia penghormatan, seperti dalam disimpan, semua sama.
Rasa yang abadi adalah lebih daripada satu masa.
Ia adalah juga tempat.
Tempat itu tidak hanya Four Corners, mahupun ia juga bersatu Syarikat.
Saya telah bernasib baik untuk perjalanan ke banyak bahagian dunia dan bergaul dengan orang-orang budaya yang amat pelbagai, profesion dan anutan.
Lebih dan sekali lagi, saya telah terkejut untuk mencari rujukan dan penghormatan kepada rakyat Hopi.
Melalui bermakna tidak sepenuhnya dibuktikan atau difahami, dan tanpa usaha azam, Hopi dikenali di seluruh dunia.
Apa yang difahami di seluruh dunia adalah bahawa Hopi adalah seperti teladan politik global kesejahteraan.
Pemimpin dan utusan komuniti agama dan pelbagai telah membuat ziarah ke Hopi-tanah kerap selama beberapa tahun, dan masih datang.
Lain-lain menunggu untuk menerima berita daripada Hopi melalui saluran lain.
Tiada budaya tunggal telah begitu meresap kesedaran global dengan cara ini; semua lebih menakjubkan yang telah berlaku tanpa usaha azam mereka.
Ia adalah perasaan semula jadi dunia.
Negara Amerika Syarikat cuba sekarang untuk menghasut dan mengenakan perubahan kepada sejarah dan budaya kuno orang Hopi.
Menggunakan tekanan dari luar dan di dalam kampung-kampung, ia bertujuan untuk mengubah Perlembagaan Hopi, menghakis hak-hak undang-undang puak mereka, cara tradisional tadbir urus dan autonomi.
Antara ruam baru-baru ini tindakan terhadap kepimpinan tradisional Hopi adalah seperti ini:
* Bendahari Tribal telah diletakkan pada cuti pentadbiran
* Setiausaha Tribal telah dibebaskan daripada tugasnya
* Pengarah Perjawatan telah dibebaskan daripada tugasnya
* Peguam Tribal dikeluarkan kewajipannya
* Kakitangan Majlis Am telah dikeluarkan tugas mereka
* Perlantikan Hakim Besar telah dikeluarkan dan dibatalkan
* Majlis Perwakilan fizikal dipecat daripada jawatan
* Hopi Rangers telah diberikan pesanan fizikal mengeluarkan rakyat daripada mesyuarat awam
* Pihak berkuasa Kikmongwi, ketua-ketua Kampung Tradisional, telah sistematik ingnored dan melemahkan
* Seorang Pengerusi boneka telah dimasukkan ke dalam tempat, disokong oleh kuasa luar
* Pengerusi paksa menutup soalan dan komen traditionals Majoriti Senyap
* Tekan kenyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengerusi menyalahgambarkan prosiding dan misinform orang awam
Pencerobohan politik di sini adalah jelas jelas.
Dalam peranan anda sebagai Setiausaha Negeri, Encik Salazar, anda mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dalam keadaan ini.
Ia adalah peranan anda telah dipilih dalam kehidupan ini, satu cabaran tertentu anda sejajar diri untuk bertemu.
Kesan tindakan ini dan kesan yang anda boleh mempunyai pada mereka adalah lebih daripada selesa untuk mengakui.
Seperti yang anda mempertimbangkan apa yang perlu dilakukan, saya mengingatkan anda sifat sebenar dan penuh ia, diri anda kekal di tempat ini kekal.
Kini saya mempunyai satu permintaan untuk membuat anda.
Sebagai warganegara Amerika Syarikat, dan sebagai kawan, saya bertanya.
Dalam penjajaran dengan ketua Hopi tradisional dan rakyat tradisional Hopi dan Majoriti Senyap yang cara ia adalah untuk melihat dan berharap, saya meminta anda mengenakan pengaruh lengkap anda untuk memelihara Perlembagaan yang sedia ada rakyat Hopi.
Saya meminta anda menghentikan tindakan perkilangan yang diatur untuk memaksa cadangan perlembagaan yang kini dikenali sebagai "24A" (atau mana-mana bentuk ia boleh dipanggil) ke dalam undi, kerana ia adalah rigged dan paksa, tidak mewakili dan un-benar.

Siapakah Hopi?
Mengapa mereka begitu penting?
Apa rahsia besar mereka tidak memegang?
Mengapa mereka penting untuk ANDA?
Apakah kesan yang Hopi mempunyai di dunia, pada kehidupan itu sendiri?
Mengapa mereka kekal senyap mengenai pengetahuan mereka yang Haram?
Begitu banyak soalan yang boleh mengisi buku-buku dan buku-buku semua sesuatu mencari ... bahawa orang-orang dari seluruh dunia mahu tahu ... mahu belajar ..
mahu memahami.
Orang-orang Hopi adalah yang paling bercakap tentang, ditulis, dikaji, dan dicari suku kaum di dunia.
Mereka mempunyai salah satu masyarakat yang paling kompleks di muka bumi dan salah satu kumpulan yang paling misteri orang di planet ini.
Siapakah mereka mungkin tidak sepenuhnya difahami atau diketahui melainkan jika anda telah dilahirkan ke dalam suku Hopi dan menjadi sebahagian daripada kompleks Cara Tradisional mereka Kehidupan dan Pertubuhan.
Terdapat orang-orang yang datang dari luar ke Hopi di hari yang lalu dan juga yang menghabiskan masa dengan orang-orang misteri dan belajar hanya sebutir tunggal pengetahuan mereka di padang pasir yang luas keseluruhan apa yang mereka memegang.
Mereka menggunakan pengetahuan ini untuk menjual buku, ceramah, seminar, pertunjukan TV, dan banyak lagi. There is one particular man that states he has the right to share Hopi Prophecy with the world…… as though HE himself carries this great wisdom from past generations of the devoted Hopi to Massau the Creator. He claims there are no Traditional people left in Hopi and by doing so contributes to the destruction of a Sacred People and their CHOSEN way of life and belief. This kind of disgraceful action is what allows people who do seek to destroy the Hopi Way of Life more opportunity to do so.
Within Hopi itself the name HOPI is used as though it is a commodity to sell and promote anything and everything. WHY does the name alone hold such power? Why does the name Hopi instill a feeling of something greater in people? Could it be that the people of Hopi that follow the Traditional Hopi Way of Life really do hold the secretes to LIFE itself? This can and should only ever be answered by the most Sacred of people within the Hopi Traditional world itself.
When you see the dancers in the Plaza within Hopi…. under the bluest of skies as far as the eye can see …….. come out of the Kivas throughout the day….. CREATE rain clouds that then circle the Plaza and release the rain of life itself upon your head….. then you beleive……. then you see and experience the respect, honor and dedication of the Hopi people to Creator. This is who the Hopi are…. they are the holders of life, of balance of understanding the energy of life itself. They deserve to be respected by the world…… not revered…… not put on a pedestal, but respected… for their choice to the Hopi Way of Life.
No outsider that is not a part of this complex Traditional world has the right to put limits or restrictions on HOW they are to live. They live simply, they live dedicated to ceremony, they live with nature and with balance. They have respect for the earth and they only ask for the right to live in the way that Creator laid out for them, the way their Ancestors have lived from the beginning of this world.
What right does a person who is not a part of the Hopi Way of Life have to dictate HOW these people are to live, what to follow? How can they understand exactly WHAT they are telling these people to let go of and turn their backs on LIFE itself. Even within Hopi those who do not follow the Hopi Way of Life do not have the ability to understand the complexities, commitment, devotion, ceremonies, culture, religion of the TRUE Hopi People.
When those who seek power, money, fame, position and control set out to destroy the Heart of a people that have chosen to live simply and with respect and hold harmony in life….. We as people need to take a stand and support the those Hopi whos only request is to be allowed to follow their Hopi Way of Life now and into future generations.
Who are we as human beings to deny the rights of these people? What are we destroying if we ALLOW their way of life to be destroyed and denied? Could it really be possible that they truly do hold the balance of the world, of life itself? Could this be why the world is in chaos itself as the reflection out to the planet? When you witness miracles and manifestations in Hopi it only takes once to beleive that they do have special knowledge.
They say that they hold this for the world, for the people, for all life…… do you want to risk allowing them to be destroyed? It your future they are protecting………
Those who come from the outside world and from within Hopi itself who seek to destroy are only destroying themselves in the process. We have an obligation to these committed Hopi to show gratitude for the lifetimes of dedication for months of Ceremonies they hold for us…. to give back to them…..
A self destructive Tribal Chairman within the Hopi Tribe itself has set forth an agenda to bring a proposed new Constitution to the people. This proposed Constitution would destroy the Traditional, Hopi Way of Life that has been carried on for thousands of years. In the blink of an eye their Way of Life would no longer be possible. Those who support this proposal are NOT informed and many not Traditional. These people can not make an informed decision as to how this proposed Constitution would destroy a way of life they themselves do not understand.
There is a CURRENT Constitution that the Hopi have had since 1936 that has been in place with language to PROTECT the Hopi Way of Life, Ceremonies and Religion. To bring in this proposed Constitution is a violation of the Civil, Constitutional and Individual rights of the Hopi people in itself to their Way of Life.
In this matter, these are my observations. These are the things I know to be true in my heart and they are shared out of a deep respect to the Hopi People.
From my heart, for the Center of the Universe and the balance of all life I call on all people, in all directions, from all Tribes, Religious groups, Spiritual people from around the world to join in protecting the Hopi people from the destruction of their Way of Life and by doing so join in protecting life itself.
One email……. five minutes…… and you could be saving the Hopi, the planet and all life…… who are we to say that the reason that they have remained so True to their beliefs is because the know something the rest of the world does not…. maybe…just maybe they do hold the balance of all life……. do you want to risk this question?

HOPI TRUTH TO BE LIFTED TO THE WINDS TO ALL PEOPLE; STOP THE PROPOSED CONSTITUTION
Before I begin to share more details on Hopi and the more technical data to inform and educate people on what is currently happening with the Hopi people I would like to thank everyone.
The last article that was shared with you I asked people to write in to the Secretary of Interior, Salazar demanding that his office stop the proposed Constitution and uphold the rights of the people under current Constitutional law. Thank you to all those who have done this for Hopi and for all life. It will and does make a difference! Please continue to send these emails from around the world to Salazars office. If they know the world is watching then it will create more reason to uphold the LAWS of the Hopi people and protect the Traditional Way of Life.
The Hopi people are truly a people who are often misquoted, misused and misunderstood by many. In order to really understand them one must first accept that we know nothing about them. Put the books, films, photos, information aside and begin with a clear heart and a clear mind. Then and only then is it even possible to begin to understand what it is they carry and why it is so important.
My work and who I am is not based in a technological world it is based on an understanding of who WE are as human beings, who we are in the Universe and a deep understanding of how all life is connected. So, as I begin to share with you my thoughts please be patient with my posts as I WILL give more clear information on WHY this proposed Constitution would harm us ALL.
There is one particular paragraph that is extremely important to the Traditional Hopi people.
In the CURRENT Constitution there is the following: In article 6, Section 1k, the Hopi Tribal Council has a duty to; “ To protect the arts, crafts, traditions, and ceremonies of the Hopi Indians.” In the Proposed Constitution this is removed and therefor no Protections to the Traditions are present.
For today I will only share this one small piece of the puzzle of the technical information that people are asking for so they can understand this situation. In order to explain further an education of the Hopi Way of Life must be shared for the truth of consequences to be understood. How does this affect you? Why would it affect you? How will it affect them? Many questions I will begin sharing with you in the days to come.
More details and insights will be shared as never before with all of you.
May Creator be with us all as we walk this path in unity and with one heart on the road of life itself.

HOPI AND A PROPOSED CONSTITUTION THAT WILL END THE HOPI WAY OF LIFE
Who are the Hopi? Why are they so important? What great secrets do they hold? Why are they important to YOU? What effect do the Hopi have on the world, on life itself? Why have they remained silent regarding their knowledge of the Sacred? So many questions that could fill books and books all seeking something… that people from around the world want to know… want to learn.. want to understand.
The Hopi people are the most talked about, written about, studied, and sought after tribes in the world. They have one of the most complex societies on earth and are one the most mysterious groups of people on the planet. Who they are may never be fully understood or known unless you were born into the Hopi tribe and become a part of their complex Traditional Way of Life and Societies.
There are those who have come from the outside to Hopi in the past and even today who spend time with these mysterious people and learn only a single grain of their knowledge in the vast entire desert of what they hold. They use this knowledge to sell books, lectures, seminars, Tv shows, and so much more. They have respect for the earth and they only ask for the right to live in the way that Creator laid out for them, the way their Ancestors have lived from the beginning of this world.
What right does a person who is not a part of the Hopi Way of Life have to dictate HOW these people are to live, what to follow? How can they understand exactly WHAT they are telling these people to let go of and turn their backs on LIFE itself. Even within Hopi those who do not follow the Hopi Way of Life do not have the ability to understand the complexities, commitment, devotion, ceremonies, culture, religion of the TRUE Hopi People.
When those who seek power, money, fame, position and control set out to destroy the Heart of a people that have chosen to live simply and with respect and hold harmony in life….. We as people need to take a stand and support the those Hopi whos only request is to be allowed to follow their Hopi Way of Life now and into future generations.
Who are we as human beings to deny the rights of these people? What are we destroying if we ALLOW their way of life to be destroyed and denied? Could it really be possible that they truly do hold the balance of the world, of life itself? Could this be why the world is in chaos itself as the reflection out to the planet? When you witness miracles and manifestations in Hopi it only takes once to beleive that they do have special knowledge.
They say that they hold this for the world, for the people, for all life…… do you want to risk allowing them to be destroyed? It your future they are protecting………
Those who come from the outside world and from within Hopi itself who seek to destroy are only destroying themselves in the process. We have an obligation to these committed Hopi to show gratitude for the lifetimes of dedication for months of Ceremonies they hold for us…. to give back to them…..
A self destructive Tribal Chairman within the Hopi Tribe itself has set forth an agenda to bring a proposed new Constitution to the people. This proposed Constitution would destroy the Traditional, Hopi Way of Life that has been carried on for thousands of years. In the blink of an eye their Way of Life would no longer be possible. Those who support this proposal are NOT informed and many not Traditional. These people can not make an informed decision as to how this proposed Constitution would destroy a way of life they themselves do not understand.
There is a CURRENT Constitution that the Hopi have had since 1936 that has been in place with language to PROTECT the Hopi Way of Life, Ceremonies and Religion. To bring in this proposed Constitution is a violation of the Civil, Constitutional and Individual rights of the Hopi people in itself to their Way of Life.
In this matter, these are my observations. These are the things I know to be true in my heart and they are shared out of a deep respect to the Hopi People.

Who are the Hopi? Why are they so important? What great secrets do they hold? Why are they important to YOU? What effect do the Hopi have on the world, on life itself? Why have they remained silent regarding their knowledge of the Sacred? So many questions that could fill books and books all seeking something… that people from around the world want to know… want to learn.. want to understand.
The Hopi people are the most talked about, written about, studied, and sought after tribes in the world. They have one of the most complex societies on earth and are one the most mysterious groups of people on the planet. Who they are may never be fully understood or known unless you were born into the Hopi tribe and become a part of their complex Traditional Way of Life and Societies.
There are those who have come from the outside to Hopi in the past and even today who spend time with these mysterious people and learn only a single grain of their knowledge in the vast entire desert of what they hold. They use this knowledge to sell books, lectures, seminars, Tv shows, and so much more. There is one particular man that states he has the right to share Hopi Prophecy with the world…… as though HE himself carries this great wisdom from past generations of the devoted Hopi to Massau the Creator. He claims there are no Traditional people left in Hopi and by doing so contributes to the destruction of a Sacred People and their CHOSEN way of life and belief. This kind of disgraceful action is what allows people who do seek to destroy the Hopi Way of Life more opportunity to do so.
Within Hopi itself the name HOPI is used as though it is a commodity to sell and promote anything and everything. WHY does the name alone hold such power? Why does the name Hopi instill a feeling of something greater in people? Could it be that the people of Hopi that follow the Traditional Hopi Way of Life really do hold the secretes to LIFE itself? This can and should only ever be answered by the most Sacred of people within the Hopi Traditional world itself.
When you see the dancers in the Plaza within Hopi…. under the bluest of skies as far as the eye can see …….. come out of the Kivas throughout the day….. CREATE rain clouds that then circle the Plaza and release the rain of life itself upon your head….. then you beleive……. then you see and experience the respect, honor and dedication of the Hopi people to Creator. This is who the Hopi are…. they are the holders of life, of balance of understanding the energy of life itself. They deserve to be respected by the world…… not revered…… not put on a pedestal, but respected… for their choice to the Hopi Way of Life.
No outsider that is not a part of this complex Traditional world has the right to put limits or restrictions on HOW they are to live. They live simply, they live dedicated to ceremony, they live with nature and with balance. Mesej: Mitakuye-oyasin – Miriam and all those who helped support the Elders Project to assist the Mamo on their sacred journey in the heart of the world Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta I thank each of you Today, Sept. 11th 2010 I want to alert everyone to the signs around the world of escalating volcanos four errupting within this past month, earthquakes and flooding in Pakistan – China – and the unprecedented drought and fires in Russia. As most of you have read here on Miriam's sight and my own www.barbarathreecrow.com about the purpose of the black line journey and the significance of the offerings (pagamentos) made around the boundary of the heart of the world based on the law of origins of the Kogi, Arhuaco and Wiwa Mamos, I feel it is important to note at this point in time, the importance of all our taking responsibility and to assist these elders who have for centuries have held all of life in harmony and who have asked for the help of the Younger Brothers (us) To be more specific, I have come to realize after my visit to the heart of the world and spending time with the Mamo, that although I pray most everyday, and make spiritual offerings to the mother earth that even that is not enough compared to what I was privileged to observe during my time with the Mamo. Ever more we are being subjected to the changes on all levels of our lives, we hear more and more about the weather patterns as unprecedented throughout the world and often people say, “what can I do”? We each are significant and each of us in our own way can support energetically the Mamo and others who are diligently praying for the earth her waters and all of life. Upon my return from the SNSM I organized The Harmonizing The Earth Community. This is to bring like minded people together to focus our intention our love and voices for this very purpose, to offer our assistance from this part of the world, and to offer our own sacred works through the sacred elements I place in formation before us. These sacred elements we can gather to pray with as the Mamo have for centuries are crystals – amathyist – shells – stones – seeds – flowers – water – and any other which are gifts from the mother earth and that energetically when prayed with link directly to her, her waters, the high snow capped peaks, the laguna – the sap in the trees – the fish – animals and all of life. According to the traditional Elders law of origin in the Sierra these elements relate to various and essential parts of the mother, when offered as pagamentos they are food and sustenance for her. Some of these I will share, the laguna's represent the eyes of the mother, allowing her to see all, the amathyist represent hail – the garnet represents the blood of the mother. Each of the thousands of shells, stones and other pagamentos that the Mamo gather and offer has its own representation for the purpose of harmonizing all of life. This knowledge is ancient and specific to the Mamo and without these sacred offerings and their fulfilling their sacred journey around the base of the heart of the world (linia negra) you can imagine the great loss and disharmony – As the Kogi tell us that for centuries from the beginning they have harmonized all of life and their law of origins and their purpose is as “caretakers of the heart of the mother (world) ” Yes, there are other indigenous around the world who also have their purpose as caretakers, yet the Kogi have been uninterrupted – have been sheltered from western intrusion and therefore their law of origin and their sacred works have continued – but at this time you will view their concerns on the video of the sacred journey in January 2010 sponsored by the Elders Project at www.earthaction.org “the elders project” As now when taking their sacred journey access to some of these vital places have been denied or desecrated. Where they had once fed the Mother for renewing her life force they no longer are able. Every other Monday of each month The Harmonizing The Earth Community Meditation comes together to offer our sacred works in support of the Mamo. Please take part in your own way with others or alone September 13th beginning 7:00 pm – 9:00 “let us sing with the soul of the Mother” Toning, prayers, loving intention for harmonizing, healing and balancing and renewing the mother earth and all of life. I have seen with my own eyes the dedication and love of the mother earth and commitment to us the younger brothers, I have seen the faith and fulfilling of their life's purpose as a message and teaching for myself and each of us to not lose hope but to begin and continue our own sacred works as the Mamo have throughout time. .The Mother needs our help, lets not leave it up to others let us begin to assist “ALL OTHERS.”
There are people who are attempting to harm the Traditional way of life for the Hopi through confusion, manipulation and lies to name a few in my opinion. Some of these people are directly connected to the current situation while others are simply too ignorant that they are being used. The Traditional Leaders at this very moment are in threat of loosing one of the most important strongholds to keeping the Hopi way of life and protection of all that is considered Sacred by the true Hopi.
When we sit by and allow people to harm one another then we still have not learned what it is to be human. I choose to do my part to stand with the Sacred people of earth and not allow them to be destroyed out of the ignorance of mankind. This I choose to do with last of the Sacred People, meaning ALL Sacred People, all over the world. The only way this continued destruction of this world wide race of people is to stop is to stand together with them…….. and say… no more.
Indigenous people around the world have been the first to experience many of the atrocities of control, manipulation and destruction. They have lived through those times already and still they remain strong in their Sacred ways. We have a great deal to learn from them and if you choose to LISTEN then you too with learn the truth of life. Peace is possible if enough people come together to say ……… this is what we want.
All people are Sacred but one must choose which group, which location, which direction to focus attention. I choose the indigenous but my heart is with all people of the earth.
The Sacred People of earth know the truth of who we are, where we came from, where we are going and how best to walk into our future. Allowing their voices to be strong in our world today could mean the difference between balance and harmony or devastation for our future.
Now…..is the time to begin to step forward and stand with these people. Pay attention to what they are saying… they are trying to warn us in the hope that their words will wake someone up. It is not too late but….. we are running out of time before it is………..
MONSANTO ONE OF THE EARTHS GREATEST THREATS TO THE ECO SYSTEM AND HUMANITY
If you are not familiar with this name then I suggest you educate yourself. THIS company is the number one controller of YOUR life and you may not even realize who they are. What they are doing to humanity and the earths plant life can only be described as destructive and dangerous. This does tie in with the indigenous world. They know this name very well in the Sierra Nevada of Colombia as well as around the world.
In Colombia, Monsanto has received upwards of $25 million from the US government for providing Roundup Ultra in the anti-drug fumigation efforts of Plan Colombia. Roundup Ultra is a highly concentrated version of Monsanto's glyphosate herbicide, with additional ingredients to increase its lethality. Colombian communities and human rights organizations have charged that the herbicide has destroyed food crops, water sources and protected areas, and has led to increased incidents of birth defects and cancers.
During my time in Colombia of January of 2010 I was blessed to have had the opportunity to be one of the guests of this beautiful event that traveled with the Mamos. When I returned to the Sierra Nevada, Colombia in April Rick had returned also to continue working on building the relationship with the Sacred People and create more plans for future work. It is simply amazing how much we in the industrialized world can learn from people who dedicate their lives to the Sacred work of ceremony for the earth, for humanity and all life. WE need to respect them for this and assist them in this work. From MY heart, I thank you all for your support of this project. I have seen the work being done, the intention of those assiting to organize the Elders Project and feel only the highest intention from all of them.

One is from Barbara Three Crow who was one of the people who took the initiative along with Rick Harlow to step forward and begin working to manifest what the Maoms had requested of them. The Elders Project (TEP), on behalf of Mamo Sewkukuy and the delegation of mamos and apprentices who accompanied him, wishes to express deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to The Black Line Journey that took place in January 2010.
The Elders Project was born out of a series of meetings between the traditional authorities of the Koguis, Arhuacos and Wiwas of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (SNSM), Barbara Threecrow and Rick Harlow which took place during the nine days of the gathering of indigenous leaders from all over the Americas in Pasto, Colombia in August 2009. The elders expressed their desire to find funding for projects that would strengthen their traditions and support their spiritual work as “caretakers of the water and the life of the planet”. They asked for our help and we signed an agreement with them.
This journey was the first and most urgent of these projects. Mamo Sewkukuy (Norberto Torres, a 90 year-old Arhuaco, known as the spiritual geographer of the SNSM) was grateful for the opportunity to pass along his vast knowledge to 2 generations of Kogui, Arhuaco and Wiwa mamos and apprentices. Among the delegation was one of Mamo Sewkukuy's sons as well as a grandson. The fourth indigenous group of the SNSM, the Kankuamos, were unable to send a delegation because of ongoing internal meetings within their community. Mamo Sewkukuy's son and grandson
The journey began on January 16, 2010 in Valledupar at the site known as Pozo Hurtado on the Guatapuri River and ended ten days later at the same site. The group of thirteen mamos and apprentices accompanied by TEP support staff (and 5 guests invited by the mamos) made the journey around the black line, visiting a total of forty sacred sites or “points of payments” (puntos de pagamentos) where spiritual offerings were left in accordance with “The Law of Origin.” Beginning of the journey, Guatapuri River The list of participants:

Tragically, all is not well in the Sierra Nevada Santa Marta. The ancestral territorial boundary of the 4 indigenous pueblos, The Black Line or “La Linea Negra” as the mamos call it, is in great need of restoration. Many of the sacred sites have been severely degraded by abuse and misuse. Some sites have been paved over and are not accessible. Others are on private land being developed by government and private corporations. At Puerto Brisa the mamos were not allowed access to the sacred site and were unable to make their pagamentos. Frequently along the journey the mamos would point out the damage caused by development, mineral extraction, harmful agricultural practices, tourism, litter and graffiti. They insisted repeatedly that the Colombian Government return control of the sacred sites to them so they can properly care for and heal the damage.
A full report of both the Black Line journey, and the subsequent trip up the mountain to Mamo Sewkukuy's village will be posted in the near future.
TEP continues to seek funding to support ongoing projects as requested by the traditional authorities. We have been asked to help with the following two projects, briefly outlined below. The Black Line project
The mamos have reaffirmed their commitment to the spiritual work necessary to balance the damage to the cycle of water in the Sierra Nevada Santa Marta caused by widespread development. They have decided that a delegation of mamos representing the four pueblos should make four trips a year around the Black Line to make their “pagamentos” in keeping with “The Law of Origin.” The second journey will begin on April 20th 2010. The National University of Bogota has offered to fund this journey. TEP has been asked to sponsor the third journey to take place later this year, possibly in June or July.
Arhuaco women under the guidance of Benerexa Márquez have reaffirmed their interest in addressing the plight of women in the villages and to take charge of their self- development. According to Benerexa, the importance of women in relation to “The Law of Origin” cannot be overstated, as they represent mother earth and hold power to balance nature in the SNSM. A project to encourage the women to take the initiative to reassert their position as AKUMAMU (female mamo, spiritual guides) has been outlined so they can fully participate in the spiritual work of the SNSM. It is also their intention that this project will open up a greater understanding of the relationship between “The Law of Origin” fundamentals and those which serve as a basis for human rights, particularly in reference to women's human rights.
TEP and the indigenous peoples of the SNSM are excited about moving forward with these projects and welcome your support.
