Many people from around the world have asked me the question; “What can I be doing to help change this world?”

Meditation and prayer are one of the most powerful tools we have to change this reality and restore balance and harmony to the existence here on earth.

Here is a very simple technique you may choose to use to create this very powerful and specific energy for change;

The color of light that I have always worked with is white as this contains all the colors within it. Although, for specific purposes I do use the GOLDEN light as this is the CREATOR energies of light. For the purpose of this meditation, I suggest you use the GOLDEN light but please, use the color you are connected with, blue, green, purple, violet, pink.

The most powerful way to do this mediation is to be touching the earth. Take your shoes and socks off and walk on the earth. Reach down and touch your hand or hands to the earth itself. You may do this as a walking meditation, sitting, laying down, even as you talk with other people.

Since I was a child I have always allowed the energies of the universe and the earth to flow through me.

Begin Mediation:

Since my first meditation, I have imagined the light of the universe entering into me through the top of my head. It travels down my body, through every cell in my being. This energy then enters into the earth and travels deep within, until it reaches the center of the earth itself.

From this center in the earth, another light begins to travel upward following the same path and then enters my body through my feet, the base of my spine and my whole body where I am sitting. The light continues until it reaches out into the universe and simply continues …… towards the unseen.

When these two energies are flowing between the earth and the universe, my body is the space where the energies become combined with my ‘god spark’, that which gives life and creates us as an individual here on this planet earth.

SEE these rays of energy and breath the light into them. With each breath imagine it becomes clearer and more bright. Any level of light flow is good so be gentle with yourself. Even if you cant see this energy then KNOW that it is flowing and this too is powerful.

Once you see, feel or sense the flow… its time to share this creator energy with the world, the existence here on earth, with earth itself and the universe, with the seen and unseen worlds.

Allow this energy to expand now with each breath you have, allowing it to move out of your body from the center of your chest like a burst of light as these energy rays move through every cell in your body. See this light come out of every cell in your body in all directions allowing it to expand bigger and brighter as you see it wrap all the way around the world through the air. Imagine it is like a tube of light that just keeps expanding bigger and bigger until it fills the space around the world.

This light will expand through the ray of light that reaches into the earth. This will expand and then fill the space within the entire earth itself. The light above you reaching out to expand into the universe filling the entire universal space as it too fills with this golden light energy.

Remember not to HOLD onto this energy; your greatest strength comes from allowing this creation energy to FLOW THROUGH YOU……. as it communicates with all life in all dimensions and all existences in the seen and unseen worlds.

The key to this, is being able to use your mind to SEE this and by doing so it CREATES it and then MANIFESTS it. This is where the practice and patience is needed.

Now that you have the energies moving through you and flowing in all directions…. maybe as you walk upon or touch the earth…… or lay upon your bed, in whatever way you are comfortable with….

You may choose to send the following messages through the earth and the universe……….

“I only allow love and light to flow through me and to me as I live my life in the light of God. I live my life with spiritual, mental, physical and emotional balance and only allow these energies to flow through me with divine perfection.”

(God being what you believe, God, Gods, Buddha, Creator, Ancestors, Jesus, Allah…etc. All beliefs are respected by the Source of all life….)

“I now send gratitude to all that exists in the seen and unseen worlds. May I ask the EARTH to carry a message to all of humanity through the soles of their feet as they walk, may I ask that the energies of the UNIVERSE carry a message to enter into humanity through the tops of their heads.”

“May humanity awaken to who they really are. For each and every human being to recognize the truth of all spiritual energies in a way they will accept. May they see the truth of life in any and all forms and accept this into their hearts and minds. May all of humanity awaken to the need to take steps in the physical world in a peaceful way to create change through actions. May humanity become peaceful, strong and clear, respectful and honoring of all life as they live in this existence here on earth.”

(Find your words within your heart and mind for what you would like to see humanity to awaken to and then use this in your mediation.)

THANK the UNIVERSE and EARTH and YOURSELF for allowing the energies that are in balance to move thought you, sending gratitude in ALL directions for a balanced world to be restored. THANK your guides, protectors, and those who lead you in your spiritual path for supporting you and supporting you in this life both in the seen and unseen worlds.

You are now done…….

Remember that you can do this as you are walking through the grocery store, in a classroom, falling asleep at night, out at dinner with friends, walking in your yard or forest, touching the earth with your hands, gardening… ANY where, ANY time….. it is powerful. Take an hour to do this in complete focus or take a few breaths and do this in a matter of one minute. Both will and do have a powerful effect on humanity, the earth and all that exists.

Share this page and this meditation with the people around you. Begin to create prayer/mediation circles to create powerful change. We the people have the power within to manifest and restore balance.

He left and then came back! No idea who he was or what he was doing. When I went to tell them at the desk here at the Cultural Center they are telling me that it is not any of their concern and that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SAFETY! They would not even give me a number for security, Hopi Police…. anything…. just told me that it was not their concern!

So, I found out that this guy… whoever he is has been doing this for about a YEAR here at the Hopi Cultural Center.

After telling them 3 times that I was in the room and giving them my name and information, they keep telling me that I am not even registered here!

If you want to stay safe in Hopi….. dont stay at the Cultural Center. Stay closer to Tuba City at the Moenkopi Inn. !!

PLEASE EMAIL THEM AT : info@hopiculturalcenter.com ask them POLITELY: Please keep your patrons safe….. and not be rude to them when they are put in danger.

In a recent article from Washington in the Navajo Hopi Observer, March 14th issue; Politicians are taking a public stand on the water rights of the Hopi and Dine speaking as though this is a money issue. This is an attempt to distract and discredit the rights to the water of the Hopi and Dine people.

The fact is that at this moment Traditional Hopi from all the Villages are gathering to discuss how they can stop this ‘sale’ of their rights and their children’s rights to water that they currently own. The government calls this a ‘water claim’ but who is claiming the water? The Hopi and Dine currently own the land and the right to this water. Now the United States Government, reaching as high as President Obama’s office, have taken a stand on purchasing this water from those who currently own it. This comes with directive from Obama himself to make this a top priority to complete this deal quickly.

In the article mentioned here they clearly state that water is becoming a valued commodity and that in the future this commodity will be even more valuable. So when the fields are dry and the wells have no water, the rivers stop flowing who will the Hopi and Dine look to to care for the children, their people? Who will the people that wasted the water that was sold to the corporations and sold to those who had no understanding of its value look to when they have hunger and thirst?

The fact is, Governments do not have the understanding of nature to ‘manage’ water, earth or air in a responsible manner. The water of the Hopi and Dine along with surrounding tribes is seen as a commodity by them. There to be sold to the highest bidder outside the Sacred Lands of the Tribal Traditional Peoples.

To the Traditional Peoples of the land, they see water as LIFE, the giver of life. Everything in this world that you have around you came in one way or another from water. Food grows with water, we bath in water, we drink water to stay alive, our clothes are made from the plants that need water to grow, our homes are built with materials that needed water to create them. NOTHING we have has not had water touch it.

This issue of the water rights of the Indigenous peoples around the world is becoming the focus of the people. If we allow the Governments around the world to TAKE the waters from the Indigenous, from the Hopi and Dine, then we give them the right to destroy our lands, our air our waters, our future. We will be continuing to walk on the path of self destruction.

Did the Governments think to ask the Traditional People “How can we manage this water for the future?”, no, they simply want to ‘buy it cheap’ and ‘sell it high’, thus destroying the future with no management of the natural world.

If we as a people allow this tragedy to unfold while turning away, then the future of starvation, death and destruction for our world and our children will be not a possibility but a reality. WE THE PEOPLE MUST PROTECT OUR RIGHT TO LIFE, if not for ourselves then for the future generations of our children.

In the past year alone your contributions have supported the Hopi meeting with the Dogon of Africa, Hopi meeting the Dalai Lama, Hopi meeting the very traditional Mamos (an Indigenous group) of Colombia. Life around us is changing very quickly and the economic pressure we are all faced with is a part of the global change that is taking place around the world. This is one aspect of life that must change if we are to move into a world in balance. The question reamins how we will be proceed from here? Will it take total economic collapse around the globe to move into this transition? There is speculations upon speculations as to what will happen next. Will we have the one world order that so many people believe? I pray from my heart that this does not take place with the current systems we have in place to keep the rich getting richer and the rest of us going deeper into despair.

Keep the faith that every step we are moving through will bring us to TRUTH and change. People ask me every day what can I do?

There are many small steps YOU can take to make change in this world to support the process.

-Plant a garden.
-Use heritage and heirloom seeds – collect seeds at the end of the year.
-give financially to those who are working towards change if you are able to.
-volunteer with projects that you see are educating others or creating change.
-share what you have learned with your spiritual growth- be gentle with those around you…… when sharing…
-stop using plastic products as much as possible.
-If you can…. STOP USING BOTTLED WATER. ( Yes even I buy them but if I try to NOT do this as it makes the Corporations make us PAY for a HUMAN RIGHT to WATER.
-when you meditate or pray – imagine the world and then send this image to the world through the earth, the air and the universe
-TOUCH the earth – allow the earth to touch you back- communication with the natural world is a step towards change.

Change will come from the PEOPLE…….. and that means change will come from YOU……

Watch this video carefully. They talk as if everyone wants this to happen. The talk as if peoples LIVES are at risk. They are at risk but not from not having water now…. but from the water they are trying to steal from the people.

When they tried to push through the “proposed constitution’ last year that many of YOU supported to stop…. they could have given this all away with just ONE signature. They managed to stop it. NOW President Obama himself has asked for this to be “pushed through quickly”. WHY? because they dont want anyone to know…. what they are doing.

The Traditional Hopi from all the Villages are extremely upset about this. They recognize that it means they will not have water for future children.

Note that the government of the united states says in this video and in the agenda that there is a PLAN to bring water to Hopi. This DOEN NOT mean that THEY will do it. It does not hold them responsible to make it happen or to find the money to do it. All this Bill means is; ALL RIGHTS TO WATER ARE TAKEN FROM HOPI AND DINE PEOPLE WITH THEM HAVING NO RIGHTS TO WATER… IT WOULD ALL BELONG TO THE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS. WHAT NEXT????? will they start to give them blankets with sickness again to get the minerals?
