May the message here today bring us all one step closer together as we walk the path towards a new tomorrow filled with spiritual awareness.

Many people from around the world have asked me the question; “What can I be doing to help change this world?”

Meditation and prayer are one of the most powerful tools we have to change this reality and restore balance and harmony to the existence here on earth.

Here is a very simple technique you may choose to use to create this very powerful and specific energy for change;

The color of light that I have always worked with is white as this contains all the colors within it. Although, for specific purposes I do use the GOLDEN light as this is the CREATOR energies of light. For the purpose of this meditation, I suggest you use the GOLDEN light but please, use the color you are connected with, blue, green, purple, violet, pink.

The most powerful way to do this mediation is to be touching the earth. Take your shoes and socks off and walk on the earth. Reach down and touch your hand or hands to the earth itself. You may do this as a walking meditation, sitting, laying down, even as you talk with other people.

Since I was a child I have always allowed the energies of the universe and the earth to flow through me.

Begin Mediation:

Since my first meditation, I have imagined the light of the universe entering into me through the top of my head. It travels down my body, through every cell in my being. This energy then enters into the earth and travels deep within, until it reaches the center of the earth itself.

From this center in the earth, another light begins to travel upward following the same path and then enters my body through my feet, the base of my spine and my whole body where I am sitting. The light continues until it reaches out into the universe and simply continues …… towards the unseen.

When these two energies are flowing between the earth and the universe, my body is the space where the energies become combined with my ‘god spark’, that which gives life and creates us as an individual here on this planet earth.

SEE these rays of energy and breath the light into them. With each breath imagine it becomes clearer and more bright. Any level of light flow is good so be gentle with yourself. Even if you cant see this energy then KNOW that it is flowing and this too is powerful.

Once you see, feel or sense the flow… its time to share this creator energy with the world, the existence here on earth, with earth itself and the universe, with the seen and unseen worlds.

Allow this energy to expand now with each breath you have, allowing it to move out of your body from the center of your chest like a burst of light as these energy rays move through every cell in your body. See this light come out of every cell in your body in all directions allowing it to expand bigger and brighter as you see it wrap all the way around the world through the air. Imagine it is like a tube of light that just keeps expanding bigger and bigger until it fills the space around the world.

This light will expand through the ray of light that reaches into the earth. This will expand and then fill the space within the entire earth itself. The light above you reaching out to expand into the universe filling the entire universal space as it too fills with this golden light energy.

Remember not to HOLD onto this energy; your greatest strength comes from allowing this creation energy to FLOW THROUGH YOU……. as it communicates with all life in all dimensions and all existences in the seen and unseen worlds.

The key to this, is being able to use your mind to SEE this and by doing so it CREATES it and then MANIFESTS it. This is where the practice and patience is needed.

Now that you have the energies moving through you and flowing in all directions…. maybe as you walk upon or touch the earth…… or lay upon your bed, in whatever way you are comfortable with….

You may choose to send the following messages through the earth and the universe……….

“I only allow love and light to flow through me and to me as I live my life in the light of God. I live my life with spiritual, mental, physical and emotional balance and only allow these energies to flow through me with divine perfection.”

(God being what you believe, God, Gods, Buddha, Creator, Ancestors, Jesus, Allah…etc. All beliefs are respected by the Source of all life….)

“I now send gratitude to all that exists in the seen and unseen worlds. May I ask the EARTH to carry a message to all of humanity through the soles of their feet as they walk, may I ask that the energies of the UNIVERSE carry a message to enter into humanity through the tops of their heads.”

“May humanity awaken to who they really are. For each and every human being to recognize the truth of all spiritual energies in a way they will accept. May they see the truth of life in any and all forms and accept this into their hearts and minds. May all of humanity awaken to the need to take steps in the physical world in a peaceful way to create change through actions. May humanity become peaceful, strong and clear, respectful and honoring of all life as they live in this existence here on earth.”

(Find your words within your heart and mind for what you would like to see humanity to awaken to and then use this in your mediation.)

THANK the UNIVERSE and EARTH and YOURSELF for allowing the energies that are in balance to move thought you, sending gratitude in ALL directions for a balanced world to be restored. THANK your guides, protectors, and those who lead you in your spiritual path for supporting you and supporting you in this life both in the seen and unseen worlds.

You are now done…….

Remember that you can do this as you are walking through the grocery store, in a classroom, falling asleep at night, out at dinner with friends, walking in your yard or forest, touching the earth with your hands, gardening… ANY where, ANY time….. it is powerful. Take an hour to do this in complete focus or take a few breaths and do this in a matter of one minute. Both will and do have a powerful effect on humanity, the earth and all that exists.

Share this page and this meditation with the people around you. Begin to create prayer/mediation circles to create powerful change. We the people have the power within to manifest and restore balance.

You may copy this meditation to share with others as long as a link back to this page is given.

With great honor and respect to all life… in all directions,
Miriam Delicado

In a message from the Mamos of Colombia after a meeting with the Dalai Lama the following statement was released.
This statement is focused on the issues the Mamos now face and the views they have of the meeting that took place in New Jersey, May of 2011. This was a historic meeting.

ANCIENT WISDOM – A SOLUTION FOR THE MODERN WORLD

ANCIENT WISDOM – A SOLUTION FOR THE MODERN WORLD
Two very significant gatherings of Indigenous Peoples took place this past month, one at Menla Mountain Retreat Center in the Catskill Mountains of New York from May 7th – 10th, followed by one at the International Peace Education Summit, held from May 13th – 15th in Newark, New Jersey. The spiritual authorities of Gonawindua (Sierra Madre de Santa Marta, Colombia) from the Kogui, Arhuaco, Wiwa, and Kankuamo tribes, came to meet with spiritual elders from around the world, carrying with them the message that “through living in accordance with natural law, we restore the natural balance of the Earth.”

The four peoples of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta are recognized worldwide as the “Elder Brothers” because of the ancient wisdom they hold, a wisdom they have kept intact for thousands of years without interference from the modern industrialized world. Their ancestral mission is to sustain the balance of the Earth, which they continue to enact through unbroken spiritual and traditional practices, guided in their communities by their spiritual authorities, the Mama (men) and Saga (women).

At Menla Mountain, delegations of elders from indigenous peoples of North and Central America and elders from the Dogon people of Africa gathered to meet with the Mama to council on the need to regain human accordance with Mother Earth. North American delegations were sent from several indigenous tribes. The Hopi, Mohawk, Dine, Anishinaabe, Algonquin, Lakota, Havasupai, and others were represented, including a member of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers. The Native American elders joined voices in the meeting circle and recognized the unifying message of the Elders Brothers. The gathering was mutually interpreted as the fulfillment of a prophecy shared by all tribes present that the Elder and Younger Brother (a term used to refer to those of us raised in modern societies) would seek each other out in a time of great planetary imbalance. All present at Menla agreed that the restoration of balance is essential to world peace and to the sustenance of a healthy planet.

At the International Peace Education Summit, the Mama and a delegation of Hopi spiritual elders met with His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama as foreseen in a divination by the Mama in 2005, which had revealed that this meeting would mark a major turning point. Other Noble Peace Prize Laureates and many others luminaries also attended the Summit to share their visions of how to work together to create world peace. Many present at the Summit were in agreement with the Mama that the greatest threat to humanity today is contemporary global development policy, because mass exploitation of the vital elements (minerals) upsets the balance that sustains life on our planet. Imbalance is clearly visible in the precipitous deepening and increasing frequency of natural disasters and conflicts, as well as in physical, mental, and spiritual illnesses.
The Mama shared their wisdom at the Summit in a workshop entitled The Return of Sacred Elements to Their Place of Origins with one of the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, Hopi Elders from Shungopavi Village, and renowned anthropologist Wade Davis. The participants witnessed an historic event, as this was the first time the Mama addressed a large-scale audience outside of their traditional territory. At both Menla Mountain and the Peace Summit, the Mama spoke of the necessity for their Younger Brothers to attune with the Natural Law which supersedes all man-made laws.

The Mama, together with the other indigenous elders, are now calling out to all of us, particularly those with the power to implement economic, environmental, social and cultural developmental policies, as well as those with the power to end policies that foster and promote armed conflict in the world. They are calling for us to seek and recognize alternatives to the current model of development, ones which are based instead on the care and protection of all peoples, lands, and cultures. In this way, we will bring back into balance our relationship with the sacred elements–water, air, earth, and fire–in essence, everything that nourishes life.

Everywhere roads lead, the tourist industry follows. Tourists threaten the integrity of local communities, as they inevitably leave their mark. Along with the physical impact, an even more pressing threat is the deterioration of these original peoples’ ancestral wisdom of how to maintain the balance of the planet. Tourism brings very different ways of perceiving the world, permeating and influencing the traditional and cultural values of native peoples, inevitably at their expense.

For the peoples of Gonawindua, mining in Colombia threatens the survival of their cultures, since within their territory (as in the territories of other indigenous peoples of the world) lie large deposits of vital elements, viewed by industrial nations as resources to be extracted and exploited for the purposes of industrialization. The pursuit of these elements by modern societies creates all types of infrastructural incursions, from surface and underground mines, to roads and ports and large industrial processing plants that contaminate the soil and drinking water–all developed without respect for the original and natural function of the land and water. The Mama, whose ancestral role is to be the “Keepers of the Waters”, travelled all this way to appeal to people everywhere to deepen their relationship with the waters of Mother Earth.

For the Mama and other indigenous peoples of the world, the balance of the planet originates within their own territories, ensured by proper “nourishment” of their sacred sites. Carefully tended for thousands of years, these sacred sites embody the spiritual forces that sustain the natural world order, and thereby sustain us. Faced with the continued destruction of their sacred sites, native peoples are now unifying to offer their ancestral wisdom in an effort to restore balance between humanity and Mother Earth. This can only be achieved if all human beings recognize our interconnected role in this work and foster an individual and collective sense of commitment to act responsibly.
The elders are thus emphatically asking all citizens of the world, governments, institutions, corporations, and organizations—both national and international—to embrace this idea and with concrete actions contribute to the awakening of humanity’s collective consciousness in order to ensure that this restoration is actually realized. They ask that from this moment on we work to guarantee generations of our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren a landscape full of promise, peace, and prosperity.
The Mama have a visceral understanding of global climate change, because every micro-climatic possibility on Earth is found in Gonawindua. In fact, they call their ancestral territory the “Heart of the World” and say that what happens in the Heart of the World flows through the entirety of Mother Earth, just as each beat of the human heart sends forth the vital blood needed by the human body to survive.

The agreements and declarations made at Menla and the Peace Summit mark an historic and international precedent before the world and will bring forth an initiative aimed at respecting the Sierra’s ancestral centrality to planetary sustenance. Spokespeople for the Mama succinctly summarized their message:
“From this moment forward, we must join together to stem the onslaught of development projects in Colombia and the rest of the world – such as mining, ports, dams, tourism, and the creation of municipalities and transportation infrastructures. We must recognize the indispensable global importance of our ancient sacred sites and work with unified devotion to revive and utilize ancient traditional practices everywhere in order to recover and sustain natural balance on Earth.”

In fact, it is true that everything we have in our material life that we often take for granted has been taken from Mother Earth. It is only natural that we be reminded to respect and take care of her in return. In essence, the spiritual authorities of traditional peoples from around the world, as represented by the Elder Brothers, are asking each and every one of us to join together in a world-wide effort to restore balance for all life. This restoration is not only possible but necessary in a time when all of the world’s people are re-awakening to our collective responsibility as stewards and children of our Mother Earth.

“We as the Spiritual Authorities of Traditional peoples from around the world, ask you to join our efforts in restoring balance for all life.”

Monsanto in Colombia

Posted by Earth Guardian under Important

Dear Miriam,

When I watched the video of the native tribe speaking about the importance of bringing more balance to the way we all treat the earth, I had a heartfelt connection to their passion.  I was shocked when one of them  pointed out that Monsanto had been there and ruined their food and their treasured garden.  He even invites anyone to come and help them, even if it’s just to plant trees.  It’s an amazing experience and a deep rooted cry for help from a people who obviously have very simple lives. (see the video here: www.youtube.com)

I just came across the following article online.  It tells of Monsanto’s work in the region of Colombia around 2001 in a joint military effort to combat drug cartels by spraying Round-up pesticide on their Coca plants.  Is this when the damage to their gardens occurred?  Is that when they began to get ill, also?  Is it still going on?

I  heard in the news that Monsanto made a deal with Dole foods.  I found the announcement here from Reuters (www.reuters.com/article)

Definitely eating organic these days. as I hate being experimented on.  At a recent visit to the farmers market I found myself having a heated debate with a tortilla vendor on the importance of eating organic.  Since his products were not organic I sensed he was a little defensive.  And in this market, I can’t blame him.  But to try and tell me that genetic modifications to foods has been going on for thousands of years is pure ignorance.  The man has confused Conventional Breeding with Genetically Modified tactics.  This article explains the difference: (www.actionbioscience.org)

It’s a tough debate.  On the one hand you have the potential to create food that meets the ultra convenience of society, larger strawberries, crops that can survive frost, and healthy french fries from McDonalds with potatoes that absorb less fat when fried.  On the other hand you have the fact that we are the guinea pigs and are all playing a part in this huge experiment, being that these manufactures have not tested their product enough to secure the safety of our environment.  What happens when these plants cross-pollinate and form mutant plants?  Will there no longer be a species that would come from a non-modified inherency?  Is this part of another disaster waiting to happen?  Or can we prevent it?

Japan’s Nuclear Meltdown * Protect Yourself From Radiation * Natural Remedies

Miso and brown rice remedy:

> I studied in Beckett Mass at Mishio Kushi Institue for Macrobiotics with the Founder, so this is good information for this time. One thing I have tucked away in my memory; during WW2 and the bombings in Japan, the doctors prescribed MISO SOUP and soft BROWN RICE-chewed until liquid in your mouth.

Those that were suffering from radiation poisoning that received this in the hospitals, recovered. It was more effective than anything else. Mischo had experienced this himself and taught us this.We had nuke plants all around us in the Northeast, so I always kept this at home.

Somehow this combination washes the radiation from the cells and tissues of the body. I have often given this to clients that have undergone radiation (xray) and wanted to rid themselves of the residue. It works.

I strongly recommend that everyone obtain this at home immediately. You can do this as a “daily practice” because, as we know, no one is going to tell us the truth about the amount of radiation actually being released.

It does have a tightening effect on the body, so unless you are very yin, a limited time is best for the yang people. Add a shittake mushroom if you have cancer.

As a back up for severe exposure and to keep in your medicine cabinet:You can also order potassium iodide tablets anywhere online. You need 10 days at 65mg, I’m doing both.
As always; check with your doctor if you have medical conditions prior to taking any herbal/supplemental remedy….

FROM TISH MCNAMARA PLEASE GO TO THE LINK ON FACEBOOK ADD YOUR INFORMATION AND SHARE THIS AS THERE IS MORE INFORMATION ON HER PAGE ON FB.

Cilantro, Parsley help chelate minerals to pass them more rapidly out of the body
Yarrow flower (tincture, tea, supplement) helps recovery from radiation exposure.
Garlic stimulates the immune system.
Chaparral protects against radiation, but take no longer than one week.
Apples are a source of pectin which binds with radioactive particles to prevent absorption by the body.
Buckwheat is high in rutin, a bioflavinoid that protects against radiation
Avocadoes, Lemons, Oive Oil supply essential fatty acids.
Miso soup made with Konbu/seaweed.
Other supplements that can greatly assist the body in resisting and repairing the effects of radiation exposure/poisoning as listed in the leading guide to natural health include (guideliness given but follow instructions on labels or from your doctor):
Calcium (1500mg/day) and Magnesium (750mg/day) to prevent the absorption of other radioactive fall-out.
Coenzyme Q10 plus Coenzyme A (100mg/day) to boost the immune system and detoxify
Glutathione plus L-cysteine and L-methionine (500mg ea/day with 50mg vitamin B6 and 100mg vitamin C to improve absorption) to detoxify and reduce harmful effects.
Kelp (1000-1500 mg/day) to protect thyroid
Grape Seed Extract (as labelled) is a powerful anti-oxidant.
Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) (200mg before and after xray exposure; 50mg/day thereafter) to protect against harmful
effects of radiation.
Selenium (200mcg/day unless pregnant 40mcg/day) scavenges free radicals that can cause cancer.
Vitamin C with bioflavonoids including rutin (5000-20000 mg/day in divided doses) as a powerful free-radical scavenger to protect against cancers.
Lecithin (1tbsp/3times/day) protects cell membranes
Vitamin A with carotenoids including beta-carotene (25000 IU/day unless pregnant 10000/day) strengthens immune system especially taken with vitamin E.
Vitamin B complex plus inositol (50mg/each/3times/day) protects against harmful effects of radiation
Vitamin E (400IU/day increasing every 4 days to 1200IU/day) protects immune system in combination with vitamin A
Zinc (50-80 mg/day; limit 100mg from all sources) helps increase immunity.
If you can bathe, using baking soda helps neutralize radiation and revive the body.

from Kerry Cassidy: sent to her by a PC person…
also this : BUCKWHEAT (groats) help detoxify the body from radioactivity (a small cup should be used daily).
And even more important, it’s quite YANG (many people are way too yin and keep on eating too yin foods).
Buckwheat rebuilds strength.
If you try to eat buckwheat when you feel weak, you’ll regain strength.
Simple laws of the cosmos (yin/yang in foods).

From Wynne, a FB friend:
Foods: If you can’t find iodine, eat kelp and seaweeds, Rosemary is a good alternative for those allergic! Also eat:
Dark greens (broccoli, cabbage, kale, bok choy), carrots, all tubar veg., garlic, onions, brussel sprouts, fennel. Drink peppermint and chamomile teas. Seagreens and vegetables are very good also for your cells. Cranberry to help kidneys. Eat citrus like oranges, lemons, grapes for antioxidants. 1 apples of day for the pectin. Eat yogurt for your stomach and intestines. Limit milk products, except yogurt. Use olive oil and if you have sensitive skin. Rub a little olive oil or Vit. E oil on your skin everyday, as it will shield.
Vitamins: Vit. B Complex, C with Bioflavinoids, D3, MSM to pull strontium, barium, etc. out of bones (remember this is where radiation goes thyroid and bones!!!!). Take Cal/Mag FOR your bones, alpha lipoic acid, bee pollen, Vit. E or essential fatty acids. There is more you can research online.
Don’t forget your pets! Get a multi vitamin from the vet!

Here’s the shortlist of shortlists. Simple as 1-2-3.

(This is a collection of information, not medical advisement)

1) What is the danger?

Exposure to radioactive substances released into the environment. Outside the immediate vicinity of the reactor (or bomb), the danger is primarily airborne particles of radioactive ‘dust’ comprising 200+ radioactive elements, including radioactive iodine and boron, which are substances stored in the body. Radio-iodine is of special concern as it is quickly concentrated in the thyroid gland in the throat and the dangers and means of mitigation for this are well-documented. The key response is first to limit physical exposure to the radioactive particles and second to limit their absorption and affect in the body.

2) How to limit exposure?

Hopi Constitution Draft 24A raises community questions: Newspaper article

Please if you are a Hopi read this article. Although it is Ben speaking, he for once is saying facts that will take away all inherent rights of the Traditional people. Now is the time for the Traditionals from all the Villages to meet, talk, share and become strong.

Quotes taken from the article: Navajo Hopi Observer
these traditional or “hybrid” government villages, who now decide on their own how land is allocated for homes, farming or ranching, or even how adoption of Hopi-blooded children or grandchildren, will have to give up that privilege. All matters pertaining to villages will then be centralized under the new branch of government, that will be regulated by the Hopi Tribe central government.

One of the biggest dangers and concerns expressed by Nuvamsa-LaRance is the new constitution Draft 24A will give “absolute power” to the Hopi Chairman. It is stated in Draft 24A, Article V, Section 4(e), “The President shall have power to represent the Tribe in ALL matters with any government, entity or person” with no controls, checks or balances to the Hopi people.”

Hopi is a Complex Way of Life — The “Don’t Vote/Vote No” Issue!

I earlier posted the following articles from the “Navajo-Hopi Observer”, and you may have noticed something curious. In the first article it is stated that the Hopi should not vote in the election, because “not voting” is the traditional method of showing disapproval, and if less that 30% of the Hopi vote then the New Constitution fails. In the second article it says be sure to “vote no”:

Viewpoint: Power grab by Hopi Tribal Council – 11/23/10

Letter: Exercise your right to vote on Hopi Constitution Draft 24A — to the Hopi and Tewa People — 11/30/10

Here is my understanding:

From the Village of Shungopavi, the Mother Village where they still maintain the full Ceremonial Cycle throughout the year, the Traditionals do not vote. Shungopavi, as well as many other Traditionals across Hopi have never voted. Shungopavi Village has never sent representatives to the Hopi Tribal Council. They have a degree of Sovereignty and are asking for full Sovereignty recognition from the Secretary of Interior, Ken Salazar.

It is my understanding that this Village does not accept the Political Government as they are saying that they have never accepted Government rule over them. It is also my understanding …. that they never entered into any kind of treaty with the US Government. So, this is the reason for the “do not vote”. In fact they are strong in their beliefs and always have been along with ALL the other Villages in Hopi who are still maintaining the Traditions. This is the reason for the confusion. Please understand that I dont speak on behalf of anyone and because of the complex situation here, this is how I understand the situation to be.

As for the rest of Hopi, most other Traditional people have not voted in the past either. However, this is what the Progressives and “Government” are counting on. The confusion, lack of education of the people on legalities, propaganda and outright breaking of CURRENT Constitutional Laws of Hopi, to bring this vote in. Because of this complex issue most non-Hopi do not understand how this will effect the people.

In the next week there will be more on what is happening in Hopi on my website. Meaning, I have read the proposed Constitution and will share my findings. Also, more on the who’s-who on this voting issue.

Here’s another example. On the form given out to the people it says: “Notice of Rules of Election”. The Election Board Chairman…. who is here to OVERSEE the process and register votes… was not even in the office until Monday, the 13th of December. When they should have been available since the date these forms were sent out the first of December I beleive. The election is scheduled for January 27th, 2011. The Hopi only have until the 27th of DECEMBER to register. They can do so by filling in the form at the Administration office of the Tribe or from the mail and you may HAND THEM IN AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE TO ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED. SENDING THIS IN BY MAIL MAY NOT MAKE IT ON TIME DUE TO CHRISTMAS MAIL. People out here are getting conflicting information on the process. Some are having difficulty reaching people to obtain information.

Imagine if in a Presidential Election that YOU could not get information from the Government as to HOW you can vote…… Imagine if YOU could not VOTE and that meant ALL, AND I MEAN ALL of your rights were taken from you! This is not too harsh of a statement here. It is complicated due to the issues regarding the “Don’t Vote/Vote No” — Traditions, Lawlessness, disregard of Rights of Sovereignty, disrgard of Rights to Practice Religion and many-many others.

This will not only effect the Traditional Hopi but ALL the people of Hopi. Passing this and allowing for it to continue is like allowing a handful of people to destroy thousands lives now and into the future….. for the children.

In the next week I will be posting more information regarding this issue on my website, with as much clarity as possible regarding what is wrong with the process taking place, as well as further information on related questions. There is a great deal of information on my site, already; links to articles and more. http://www.bluestarprophecy.com

TRADITIONAL HOPI/SECRETARY KEN SLAZAR AND THE HOPI PEOPLE DEC 13-2010

History is now in the making in regard to the Hopi people. A people who after close to a thousand years in one location in the Arizona desert in the United States still follow the ancient ways and teachings of their ancestors and their Creator Massau. They follow a Religion, Belief, Spiritual Path that is in balance with nature, with the world, with the animals, with all life in all the worlds in fact.
To be Hopi one must be dedicated to hard work, commitment and of good heart.
What does it mean to be Hopi? It is my view that only a TRUE Hopi can answer that question. When you hear them speak it becomes clear quickly that they have a “knowing” within them. They have a peace within that shows through as they carry themselves and I for one have great respect for the level of commitment it takes in this modern world to continue their Ceremonies and Hopi Way of Life.

This is a difficult path to follow for anyone. Maybe in your life you may find it difficult to find time to go for lunch with a friend, make a call, clean your office or things of this nature. Imagine the life of Traditional Hopi. They must commit to weeks of time, monthly, day and night working on the preparations and performing of their complex Ceremonies.

Many of the people in Hopi that do not “take part” in the Kiva’s still participate by contributing in a long list of ways that require time and commitment as well. It would not be respectful to talk about this in detail as it is a Sacred Process and one that is held in such high honor that it is dishonorable and disrespectful to talk about these things in such a casual way. In fact I do not have any part of the Ceremony process in this way, just to be clear to everyone. If someone did want me to participate in their ancient ways the only time this would be acceptable was if the Kikmongwit, Village Chiefs, gave the approval and I assure you that will not happen with me or anyone else that I am aware of.

It is my belief that the Hopi People that are committed to their Traditions are powerful. They hold a key, one of many around the world to our changing times, to our very existence, to our future. This belief within me is strong and it is clear and nothing can pull me from this belief.

Today, my thoughts are with the Traditional People and the people as a whole here on the lands of the Hopi.

I think about what is happening here with a proposed Constitution that has been brought before the people for a vote through breaking the Current Hopi Constitutional Laws.

Going to the edge of the mesas I look out across the desert and ask myself……… will this be the last year that we see the beauty of the untouched lands here? Is this the year that the mining companies come to begin laying the groundwork for strip mining? Is this the last time the eagles will fly above and we see clear skies? Is this the year that the huge corporations that hire people for nothing and make billions come and build their massive stores?

IS THIS THE YEAR THAT ONE OF THE LAST ANCIENT INTACT CULTURES OF OUR WORLD IS DESTROYED BY GREED, LIES, DECEIT AND PURSUIT FOR POWER?

The Highest level of Traditional People must unite into one heart as I know they can, they do and already are within. Now is the time for them to join together from the Kiva’s the Villages, the People. Set aside differences, set aside the past arguments and agree that they must protect what they all have promised to protect…..their Hopi Way of Life and Ceremonies and by doing so all LIfe.

I am a woman, I am white….. and yet I see so clearly the Hearts of so many of the People here in Hopi. I hear the pain in their voices that THEY will be accountable for loosing their Hopi Way of Life. They will be the ones that after thousands of years of carrying on the Ancient and Sacred Way of Life and Ceremonies they may be lost in THIS lifetime. I know who the Hopi are….. they are an important part of this world and allowing them to be destroyed we destroy ourselves.

Now is not the time to say… oh well… its happening everywhere….. no …its not……. It is happening right here in the United States of America. The land where the world views as having respect and freedom for their people. Where the RIGHTS of the people are upheld. Within the United States of America the Secretary fo Interior is allowing a dictator to overthrow an Ancient, Religious and deeply Spiritual group of people who have been here on Earth longer than any government in the world.

If the Hopi unite then the world will unite with them. The people of the world can support them. The people of the world can help STOP this from happening with international media and pressure we can stop this from happening and in turn help ourselves.

I beg of you all … the Hopi people to begin speaking to one another with open hearts. Connect with your your Kikmongwits, your Leaders, your Kivas, families, your clans, your spokesman, your removed Village reps, your own people and become INFORMED. YOUR way of life is at risk and because of no advertizing, not tv, no internet your own people are even unaware that this proposed constitution is upon them.

YOU are being asked to decide the fate of your people, your land, your way of life and the life of this world.

I will keep posting information here as it becomes available. Please, if there are any people from the Villages that are Traditionals now is the time…. speak and speak from your hearts….. the people …… your people and the people of the world need to hear you now. Email me if you choose to: miriam@thegreatgathering.org

For people around the world……. PLEASE I ask, beg, show you my heart and my own pain …. and ask you to please …. act on this………

LETTER TO SECRETARY OF INTERIOR ON BEHALF OF THE HOPI PEOPLE

To all those individuals that have sent emails to the Secretary on behalf of Hopi please allow me to say they are reading every one of them and are filled with gratitude for your support. Please continue to send the emails and share the information to get as many people as we can informed. Now is the time to begin supporting one another for values that are the values of all human life. Respect for all life. We must begin somewhere.
This letter below went to Secretary of Interior and to the Hopi. I was then asked to share this letter with you. With gratitude to all those who are showing support for this matter as this is not a political issue it is an issue of humanity, of life and of spiritual and religious belief.
With gratitude, Miriam

My Dear Mr. Kenneth Lee Salazar,

Thank you for your work and your service in the political character of the United States and in the Southwest.

You come from Colorado, where I have lived and have many relatives, though I was born farther down, in New Mexico. You are only five years older than I am, and your birthday is just two weeks later, in the month my father was born. In your face I see reflections of my beloved grandfather, a man who was known for his generosity to the people in the northeast of your home state.

You are still young, Mr. Salazar. But do you remember youth? Do you remember the feel of it?

Some things are eternal. We tend to forget this as we are caught up in our jobs, our lives, our world of constant change and inventions and expectations and demands. Even though so much in our lives is very temporary, we get caught up in it all, as if it is everything, and forget that it isn’t… it isn’t even close to being all there is. A lot of it isn’t even us: who we were in the beginning and who we are when we are not being who we are trying to be.

You have seen the world change around you. You have made some changes. You have felt yourself change. And yet… I know you feel a part of you that has never changed… because it was always complete and true since the moment you took your first breath. No matter what we’ve learned and seen and experienced, there is the one who has always been exactly the same. It is your eternal self. He’s here from the first moment to the last, though most of the time in silent observation.

In the place of your birth is a timeless land. It is no accident that you were born there. You have an affinity for that land and for the nature of it. It is connected even now to the position you have chosen in the maturity of your career as Secretary of the Interior. You have chosen to hold a role of stewardship and responsibility for the Interior.

The Interior is many things… among the aspects of the Interior is the interior of the country, the interior of the country’s history, the interior of many histories played out over this land before the current country formed over it. It is even the Interior of humankind in its way.

In the Interior of the U.S. is the land of the Four Corners. In the Interior of the Four Corners are indigenous tribes who have been here thousands of years longer than the couple hundred that the United States has existed. In the Interior of these tribes are some who have been there since before the others. They are the most interior. They are the most eternal of the interior. The name for them now is Hopi, though they have gone by other names before.

The Hopi. Somehow in all the changes that have been wrought in the physical and political landscape, the Hopi have lasted in the same space of the interior. It is unusual in history, in human experience; even more so because they are remarkably peaceful people. War, fighting, violence, aggression — the ways of making, taking, invading, defending — have not been their habit. What a contrast it is for a country of such military might — the world super-power! — to have at its heart a culture of such peace held in the interior.

It is not that the Hopi have not been threatened. They have faced the direst of conflict. They have lived every chapter of this country’s history and the histories before it. The pages of U.S. history are written with their names and their blood like all others. But they resisted conflict as much as possible. Why? What is this paradox?

At the interior of the interior, the sense of the eternal has never been lost. The awareness of the traditional Hopi is of eternal life, eternal being. All actions are eternal. As they honor it, it is honored for all of us, even when we forget. All we do, all we think, and all we say is honored as eternal. This does not say that all that is eternally held for humanity is “honorable”… but that it is honored, as in kept, all the same.

The sense of the eternal is more than one of time. It is also of place. The place is not just the Four Corners, nor is it even the united States. I have had the good fortune to travel to many parts of the world and to mix with people of greatly diverse cultures, professions and affiliations. Over and again, I have been surprised to find reference and reverence to the Hopi people. Through means not fully evidenced or understood, and without purposeful effort, the Hopi are known all over the world.

What is understood around the world is that the Hopi are like a bellwether for our well-being globally. Leaders and emissaries of various communities and faiths have made pilgrimages to Hopi-land regularly over years, and still come. Others wait to receive news of the Hopi through other channels. No single culture has so permeated global awareness this way; all the more amazing that is has happened without their purposeful effort. It is an innate world sense.

The country of the United States is trying now to incite and impose a change upon the history and ancient culture of the Hopi people. Using pressure from outside and inside the villages, it seeks to alter the Hopi Constitution, eroding their legal tribal rights, traditional ways of governance and autonomy. Among a recent rash of actions against traditional Hopi leadership are such as these:

* The Tribal Treasurer was placed on administrative leave
* The Tribal Secretary was released from her duties
* The Personnel Director was released from his duties
* The Tribal Lawyer was released of his duties
* The General Council staff were released of their duties
* The Chief Judge Appointment was issued and revoked
* Council Representatives were physically removed from their positions
* Hopi Rangers were given orders to physically remove citizens from public meetings
* The authority of the Kikmongwi, the Traditional Village chiefs, has been systematically ingnored and undermined
* A puppet Chairman has been put in place, supported by outside forces
* The Chairman forcibly shuts down the questions and comments of Silent Majority traditionals
* Press statements issued by the Chairman misrepresent proceedings and misinform the public

The political aggression here is clearly apparent.

In your role as the Secretary of the Interior, Mr. Salazar, you have great influence in this situation. It is a role you have chosen in this life, a specific challenge you aligned yourself to meet. The impact of these actions and the impact you can have on them are greater than is comfortable to acknowledge. As you consider what to do, I remind you of the real and full nature of it, of your eternal self in this eternal place.

Now I have a request to make of you. As a citizen of the United States, and as a friend, I ask. In alignment with the traditional Hopi chiefs and the traditional Hopi people and the Silent Majority whose way it is to observe and to hope, I ask that you exert your complete influence to preserve the existing Constitution of the Hopi people. I ask that you halt the manufactured actions arranged to force the proposed constitution presently known as “24A” (or any form it may be called) into vote, for it is rigged and forced, unrepresentative and un-true. I ask that you hold us all to the highest light of the eternal flame.

Thank you Mr. Kenneth Lee Salazar.

Blessings always,

Patricia Dawn McNamara

Letter from Miriam Delicado

Who are the Hopi? Why are they so important? What great secrets do they hold? Why are they important to YOU?
What effect do the Hopi have on the world, on life itself? Why have they remained silent regarding their knowledge of the Sacred? So many questions that could fill books and books all seeking something… that people from around the world want to know… want to learn.. want to understand.

The Hopi people are the most talked about, written about, studied, and sought after tribes in the world. They have one of the most complex societies on earth and are one the most mysterious groups of people on the planet. Who they are may never be fully understood or known unless you were born into the Hopi tribe and become a part of their complex Traditional Way of Life and Societies.

There are those who have come from the outside to Hopi in the past and even today who spend time with these mysterious people and learn only a single grain of their knowledge in the vast entire desert of what they hold. They use this knowledge to sell books, lectures, seminars, Tv shows, and so much more. There is one particular man that states he has the right to share Hopi Prophecy with the world…… as though HE himself carries this great wisdom from past generations of the devoted Hopi to Massau the Creator. He claims there are no Traditional people left in Hopi and by doing so contributes to the destruction of a Sacred People and their CHOSEN way of life and belief. This kind of disgraceful action is what allows people who do seek to destroy the Hopi Way of Life more opportunity to do so.

Within Hopi itself the name HOPI is used as though it is a commodity to sell and promote anything and everything. WHY does the name alone hold such power? Why does the name Hopi instill a feeling of something greater in people? Could it be that the people of Hopi that follow the Traditional Hopi Way of Life really do hold the secretes to LIFE itself? This can and should only ever be answered by the most Sacred of people within the Hopi Traditional world itself.

When you see the dancers in the Plaza within Hopi…. under the bluest of skies as far as the eye can see …….. come out of the Kivas throughout the day….. CREATE rain clouds that then circle the Plaza and release the rain of life itself upon your head….. then you beleive……. then you see and experience the respect, honor and dedication of the Hopi people to Creator. This is who the Hopi are…. they are the holders of life, of balance of understanding the energy of life itself. They deserve to be respected by the world…… not revered…… not put on a pedestal, but respected… for their choice to the Hopi Way of Life.

No outsider that is not a part of this complex Traditional world has the right to put limits or restrictions on HOW they are to live. They live simply, they live dedicated to ceremony, they live with nature and with balance. They have respect for the earth and they only ask for the right to live in the way that Creator laid out for them, the way their Ancestors have lived from the beginning of this world.

What right does a person who is not a part of the Hopi Way of Life have to dictate HOW these people are to live, what to follow? How can they understand exactly WHAT they are telling these people to let go of and turn their backs on LIFE itself. Even within Hopi those who do not follow the Hopi Way of Life do not have the ability to understand the complexities, commitment, devotion, ceremonies, culture, religion of the TRUE Hopi People.

When those who seek power, money, fame, position and control set out to destroy the Heart of a people that have chosen to live simply and with respect and hold harmony in life….. We as people need to take a stand and support the those Hopi whos only request is to be allowed to follow their Hopi Way of Life now and into future generations.

Who are we as human beings to deny the rights of these people? What are we destroying if we ALLOW their way of life to be destroyed and denied? Could it really be possible that they truly do hold the balance of the world, of life itself? Could this be why the world is in chaos itself as the reflection out to the planet? When you witness miracles and manifestations in Hopi it only takes once to beleive that they do have special knowledge.

They say that they hold this for the world, for the people, for all life…… do you want to risk allowing them to be destroyed? It your future they are protecting………

Those who come from the outside world and from within Hopi itself who seek to destroy are only destroying themselves in the process. We have an obligation to these committed Hopi to show gratitude for the lifetimes of dedication for months of Ceremonies they hold for us…. to give back to them…..

A self destructive Tribal Chairman within the Hopi Tribe itself has set forth an agenda to bring a proposed new Constitution to the people. This proposed Constitution would destroy the Traditional, Hopi Way of Life that has been carried on for thousands of years. In the blink of an eye their Way of Life would no longer be possible. Those who support this proposal are NOT informed and many not Traditional. These people can not make an informed decision as to how this proposed Constitution would destroy a way of life they themselves do not understand.

There is a CURRENT Constitution that the Hopi have had since 1936 that has been in place with language to PROTECT the Hopi Way of Life, Ceremonies and Religion. To bring in this proposed Constitution is a violation of the Civil, Constitutional and Individual rights of the Hopi people in itself to their Way of Life.

In this matter, these are my observations. These are the things I know to be true in my heart and they are shared out of a deep respect to the Hopi People.

From my heart, for the Center of the Universe and the balance of all life I call on all people, in all directions, from all Tribes, Religious groups, Spiritual people from around the world to join in protecting the Hopi people from the destruction of their Way of Life and by doing so join in protecting life itself.

One email……. five minutes…… and you could be saving the Hopi, the planet and all life…… who are we to say that the reason that they have remained so True to their beliefs is because the know something the rest of the world does not…. maybe…just maybe they do hold the balance of all life……. do you want to risk this question?

Please email the Secretary of Interior and ask him to HALT the proposed Constitution and uphold the RIGHTS of the Hopi people. All it may take to save the Hopi and possibly save ourselves from destruction is ONE email …..

HOPI TRUTH TO BE LIFTED TO THE WINDS TO ALL PEOPLE; STOP THE PROPOSED CONSTITUTION

Before I begin to share more details on Hopi and the more technical data to inform and educate people on what is currently happening with the Hopi people I would like to thank everyone.

The last article that was shared with you I asked people to write in to the Secretary of Interior, Salazar demanding that his office stop the proposed Constitution and uphold the rights of the people under current Constitutional law. Thank you to all those who have done this for Hopi and for all life. It will and does make a difference! Please continue to send these emails from around the world to Salazars office. If they know the world is watching then it will create more reason to uphold the LAWS of the Hopi people and protect the Traditional Way of Life.

The Hopi people are truly a people who are often misquoted, misused and misunderstood by many. In order to really understand them one must first accept that we know nothing about them. Put the books, films, photos, information aside and begin with a clear heart and a clear mind. Then and only then is it even possible to begin to understand what it is they carry and why it is so important.

My work and who I am is not based in a technological world it is based on an understanding of who WE are as human beings, who we are in the Universe and a deep understanding of how all life is connected. So, as I begin to share with you my thoughts please be patient with my posts as I WILL give more clear information on WHY this proposed Constitution would harm us ALL.

There is one particular paragraph that is extremely important to the Traditional Hopi people.

In the CURRENT Constitution there is the following:
In article 6, Section 1k, the Hopi Tribal Council has a duty to; “ To protect the arts, crafts, traditions, and ceremonies of the Hopi Indians.”
In the Proposed Constitution this is removed and therefor no Protections to the Traditions are present.

For today I will only share this one small piece of the puzzle of the technical information that people are asking for so they can understand this situation.
In order to explain further an education of the Hopi Way of Life must be shared for the truth of consequences to be understood. How does this affect you? Why would it affect you? How will it affect them? Many questions I will begin sharing with you in the days to come.

More details and insights will be shared as never before with all of you.

May Creator be with us all as we walk this path in unity and with one heart on the road of life itself.

Please share these posts with the world.

These are my opinions and I share them with an open heart.

Please email the Secretary of Interior and ask him to HALT the proposed Constitution and uphold the RIGHTS of the Hopi people. All it may take to save the Hopi and possibly save ourselves from destruction is ONE email …..

SILENT MAJORITY AND HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Please watch this video and read this article. It is the tip of the story. Here is how some of the most Sacred People on earth are being effected from a system that is taking away the Hopi peoples rights and the Traditional rights of the Hopi.
This is my opinion but read the article and watch the video…… give your support by sending emails of support to Secretary Salazar

Please watch the youtube till the end and really listen to all the things that they are saying. Know that if we the people dont share this video and information for the Hopi it will remain in the closet and they will loose their way of life.
Please from my heart, I ask you to recognize that there is much more going on here than what meets the eye.
With love,
Miriam
